Everything was great, had a really great stay for a night out and shopping trip. Spotless and immaculate units with iron, the mirrors, for instance, and the staff were welcoming. I enjoyed the hotel's rooftop bar.

The location couldn't be better. We enjoyed the Jermyn Street Theatre and went ice skating at a nearby rink. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was really friendly. Perfect for groups looking to explore!
The only downside was that we faced some trouble getting an extra duvet for our room. Despite asking a few times, we did not receive it due to stock issues, although they did compensate us.

The clean rooms were a breath of fresh air, and I loved the funky design that made everything feel modern and cozy. I really enjoyed the chill vibes in the lounge area and the 24/7 access to the reception for all my late-night needs. Just a heads up, the check-in took a bit longer than I expected, but it didn't take away from my overall positive experience! 😊

The location couldn't be better, just steps from the subway and main attractions. The room was quiet and functional, ideal for a brief stay, though I wished for more pillows. One downside was the absence of windows, but it didn't detract from our experience. Friendly staff promptly addressed an issue we encountered, showcasing their accommodating nature.

missingWrote a review on 10 Julcozy lobbycomfortable atmosphere
Perfect fit for a fleeting moment in London with fantastic value. The lobby had a cozy vibe, made for a nice spot to unwind. Just a heads up, check the room details if you need privacy, as the shower has a glass wall.

missingWrote a review on 10 Jullimited privacy
Room size can feel cramped, with barely enough space for two people. The see-through glass bathroom setup lacks privacy. Absence of basic amenities like a kettle or fridge is disappointing, with drinks from vending machines priced sky-high. Expect to pay extra fees for early check-in and even for renting a hair dryer, which adds to the overall perception of not getting your money's worth. Noise from the nearby nightclub can disrupt sleep, so light sleepers should take note and pack earplugs.
